eBash Reopened!

New Reopening Policies

With our reopening we are enforcing new policies to ensure the safety of our staff and all gamers. The below will go into effect beginning June 18th, 2020 and be updated and modified regularly.

Masks:

A mask or a face cover is required while moving around inside the building. If you do not have a mask or a face cover, we have some available at the front counter for sale.
Once someone has sat down and logged into a gaming station (PC or Console) it is recommended that the mask or face cover is left on. Masks and face covers can be removed for eating or drinking.
At any time someone gets up from a gaming station to move to another part of the building (going to the bathroom, front counter or to leave for the day for examples) then the mask or face cover is again required to be worn.

Wellness:

At any time if someone appears to be showing primary symptoms of COVID 19 (Constant coughing, difficulty breathing or showing signs of a fever) then they will be politely asked to leave until they feel better. We don’t want to check every person’s temperature that enters our store, but we also want to make sure that everyone stays healthy.

Seating:

We have configured our gaming stations to account for social distancing. Please do not move any chairs from where they are located so you can sit next to a friend. Only players that are logged into a gaming station can sit in our gaming chairs. We do have a limited number of chairs in the lobby area for parents/guardians to use.

Lock-ins:

At this time, we are NOT open for Lock-ins on Saturday nights. We are currently operating on our normal hours of 12pm to 12am Friday – Sunday.

Outside Food:

Currently, we do not allow outside food to be brought into the store. Drinks are ok, as long as they are kept at the gaming station the player is logged into and properly disposed afterwards. HOWEVER, players participating in the Friday lock-ins will be allowed to bring in food after 9pm, but it will be restricted to only the game station that the player is logged into. Players will be required to immediately dispose of any leftover food before resuming gameplay.

We know that these changes are not ideal. Hopefully in the coming weeks the overall situation with COVID 19 will continue to improve and we will be able to revisit these changes and update them accordingly.

Thank you all for your support and understanding during this time.
Game on!
